Becoming A Docent
The Akron Art Museum is recruiting enthusiastic volunteers to become tour guides in the museum. Docents tour both school and adult groups as well as visit schools, child development centers, senior citizen groups and community organizations. No special background in the arts is necessary. Just bring your love of art and working with others.
A new docent training class will begin in fall 2008.
